Privacy

Traveler data deserves serious handling.

InTrip is built around private documents, scoped access, and auditable operations for visa and travel coordination.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to operate visa and travel services: account details, passport information, contact details, travel preferences, uploaded documents, agency details, booking notes, payment references, and support messages.

How we use data

We use this data to process requests, review documents, coordinate suppliers, prepare invoices, notify travelers, audit staff actions, protect accounts, and improve the InTrip service experience.

Document handling

Passport scans, visa files, invoices, and tickets are stored privately. Access is intended to stay scoped to the traveler, the linked agency when applicable, and authorized InTrip staff who need the file for operations.

Sharing with providers

When required for a request, InTrip may share relevant traveler details with agencies, airlines, hotels, visa processors, payment providers, or official channels involved in the travel service.

Retention and corrections

Travelers can ask the desk to correct inaccurate account or request details. Operational records may be retained when needed for invoices, dispute handling, compliance, or service history.
