A practical service agreement for travelers, group organizers, and partner agencies using InTrip for visa and travel coordination.
Service scope
InTrip Solutions prepares and coordinates visa support, document review, package reservations, flight coordination, invoices, and traveler follow-up. We help the request move clearly, but we do not control final visa approval, airline schedules, supplier availability, embassy timing, or border clearance.
Traveler responsibility
Travelers and agencies must provide accurate passport details, identity documents, photos, travel dates, phone numbers, and payment references. Incomplete or late information can delay processing, change pricing, or require a new submission.
Reservations and changes
Package and flight reservations are confirmed only after staff review, supplier availability, and any required deposit or payment confirmation. Changes requested after confirmation may carry fare differences, supplier penalties, hotel restrictions, or new processing fees.
Payments and documents
Payment instructions are issued only after a request is reviewed. Uploaded passports, visa files, tickets, and invoices should be readable and current. A traveler should not travel until the final ticket, visa, and package confirmation have been issued by the desk.
Authority requirements
Visa, health, airline, and entry requirements vary by nationality, date, route, and authority rules. InTrip may request additional documents when rules change or when a supplier or authority asks for more information.
